A l’époque, les voitures d'usines roulaient en 1600cc mais officieusement car elles avaient été homologuées avec un 1000cc ! Aujourd'hui, nombre de ces voitures roulent avec un 1600cc, comme on dit, pas vu pas pris ! Il y a un superbe exemplaire de Ginetta G16 qui roule en France en Saloon Car aux mains de Claude Maurel, une ex usine mais malheureusement, le Climax 2,4L d'origine étant très couteux, celui-ci a été remplace par un BMW...
