Luigi Racing chassis #001 won 5 races in 1976 while taking his drivers to the European Touring Car Championship. The next year he was sold to a privateer and raced against his former team and won 4 more races. He was successfully raced in circuit races and hill climbs until the mid 80's when he finally retired.During that time he wore some very well know liveries- the Castrol black, the UFO Jeans candy stripes are perhaps the most well known.Leave a comment telling us which livery you'd like to see Luigi wear when he hits the tracks again this summer.
