December 7, 201114 yr comment_1604 Corsica Rallye 1970, 2002/E9 hybrid: Rauno Aaltonen and Mike Wood started the Corsica Rally in this BMW works vehicle. The prototype carried the internal number “3002”. It had a BMW 2002 body with a 3-litre engine and E9 Coupé front section. Before covering half the distance, they had to retire, because there were no more suitable tyres available. Report
